  • We offer international shipping. Orders are shipped as mailbox packages from within Europe 🇪🇺.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are usually shipped the next business day, and always within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

  • Please note: we wait for a few confirmations on the blockchain before considering a payment complete and beginning the shipping process.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace email so you can follow your order in real time.

Shipping Costs

  • Worldwide: €12 flat rate

  • Free shipping is available for orders over €150

Free shipping is automatically applied during checkout if the order total qualifies.

Reship Policy

If your package is lost or held by customs, we offer a one-time reship per order:

  • Full reship for small orders

  • 50% reship for large orders
